Kansa Vadh
It is celebrated in Mathura to remember the victory of Good over Bad. Krishna killed his maternal uncle Kansa( cruel king of Mathura) and became the savior of Brajwasi’s. The locals of Mathura (chaturvedi’s) commemorate the event with thrashing the effigy of Kansa.
